I get more out of our union EAP and peer support line than any forum — set a standing 10-minute check-in after nights and keep it. > find info, support, or just someone who gets — that’s the peer who answers at 2am, not a podcast, though Tier Talk on the drive gives decent ideas. If admin drags, have your steward push for CISM training; anyone else doing scheduled post-shift calls?
