Reevaluating inmate assessment protocols

I’ve been analyzing how our current inmate assessment protocols could be improved to enhance security. During my recent review of data from our facility, it became clear that integrating psychological evaluations with current behavior reports could help identify potential threats earlier. Has anyone else had success with similar approaches?

, this drives me nuts too! I’ve seen some success with implementing preliminary screening tools that combine behavior and psychological insights, especially in the early stages of an inmate’s intake. It’d be interesting to see what specific tools you reviewed — could you share more about what you found effective?
